UK Standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. This shipping does not include tracking.
UK Tracked shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service includes full tracking.
International (Non-UK) Shipping
International Untracked shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Standard. This service does not include tracking.
International Tracked shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. This service includes full tracking.
International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
Taxes and Duty Fees
VAT is collected and included in all prices for customers in the UK and international countries excluding the EU.
We do not collect VAT on orders from EU customers on this website. You will have to pay this yourself when your order reaches your country or use our Etsy shop where VAT is collected at checkout.
Customs and duty fees vary by country and are out of our control. You are responsible for paying all required taxes and customs duty fees in your country. Our prices do not include international taxes or customs duty fees.
We will not refund postage for items which are returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or duty fees.

Cancelling an Order
You have 14 days from when an order was first placed to cancel it. This only applies to orders of £42 (GBP) or less.
- If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will recieve a full refund.
- If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to return all the items at your own expense. Once we have received them back in the same condition they were sent in, we will then issue a refund.
After 14 days have passed since your order was placed, you will no longer be able to cancel it. Please be aware that orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days so if you would like to cancel, it's better to let us know as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and refunds if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your order is incorrect or faulty, you will have the option of receiving a refund or replacement of the incorrect or faulty items only. We will cover postage and packaging fees for incorrect or faulty items which need returning.
If you wish to return an item which is not incorrect or faulty, you will be responsible for covering all postage and packaging fees. Shipping will not be refunded unless your order arrives to you damaged.
Please be aware that Seconds Grade items are advertised as defected and, therefore, cannot be refunded due to being faulty.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be issued and 10 days to arrive.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Any orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded with store credit.
