UK Shipping

UK Standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. This shipping does not include tracking.

UK Tracked shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service includes full tracking.

International (Non-UK) Shipping

International Untracked shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Standard. This service does not include tracking.

International Tracked shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. This service includes full tracking.

International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Event Collection

Pick up your order from our table at an event we are attending. You may need a ticket to enter the event, please make sure you are able to attend before ordering for collection.

If you do not pick up your order during the chosen event, your order will be cancelled - you can then reorder and add shipping.

Taxes and Duty Fees

VAT is collected and included in all prices.

Customs and duty fees vary by country and are out of our control. You are responsible for paying all required taxes and customs duty fees in your country. Our prices do not include international taxes or customs duty fees.

We will not refund postage for items which are returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or duty fees.
